Job summary

Vori Health is seeking a Clinical Practice Manager to oversee Patient Support operations and clinician scheduling for a virtual-first musculoskeletal care team. The role requires strong medical terminology knowledge, HIPAA compliance, and frontline leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of experience as a Medical Practice Manager/Operator or admin support to a clinical practice.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, office procedures, and patient care practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, OneDrive).
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred for related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Patient Support team.
• Establish expectations, workflows, service standards, and performance goals.
• Monitor team performance, workload, service levels, quality, and patient experience metrics.
• Provide guidance and escalation support for complex patient situations.
• Coordinate clinician schedules and onboarding of new clinicians.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and participate in audits and process improvements.
• Support coordination with internal and external healthcare partners to ensure continuity of care.
