Responsibilities

• Handle auto-dialer tickets in Zendesk and Amazon Connect.
• Make proactive outbound calls to engage members with Care Services.
• Schedule or connect members to Specialty Care Navigators.
• Document interactions and updates in Zendesk and CRM/EHR.
• Escalate when clinical attention is needed.
• Participate in team huddles and coaching to improve metrics.
