Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years’ experience in healthcare/health insurance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and product information to patients and providers.
• Review new patients orders and documentation to meet health insurance requirements.
• Request health plan authorizations and information as needed.
• Develop business relationships with field leadership through collaboration and communication.
• Perform other duties as required.
