Responsibilities include turning difficult experiences into positive outcomes, supporting field teams, and driving continuous improvement in care delivery and employee programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 1-3 years in healthcare/health insurance.
• Strong written and verbal communication, plus customer-service focus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Evangelize our customers and convert disgruntled patients into advocates.
• Support Field teams, Operations and Sales with timely feedback to improve patient experiences.
• Identify trends, escalate issues, and coordinate cross-functional preventative actions.
• Proactively enhance the patient experience and care interactions.
• Support development and implementation of employee programs aligned with company values.
