Family Care Center is seeking a Patient Collections Specialist for our remote team. You will handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve outstanding balances, review and mail patient statements, set up payment plans, and propose accounts for bad debt.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates degree preferred.
• Experience in a health care setting or call center environment is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to collect payments and resolve balances.
• Review and mail patient statements; set up payment plans.
• Propose accounts for bad debt and maintain accurate records.
