Vital Care Infusion Services, LLC is seeking a remote Patient Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our growing franchise network. You will work on behalf of our partners to collect outstanding balances, focusing on accuracy, patient communication, and timely follow-up.

This full-time remote role requires strong English communication, attention to detail, and knowledge of self-pay collections in a medical setting; benefits include comprehensive health plans and professional development.

Qualifikationen

• Strong verbal and written English communication with patients and payers.
• Ability to resolve financial issues through research and analysis.
• Experience maintaining HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
• Familiarity with pharmacy systems and billing processes.

Aufgaben

• Research accounts to determine correct self-pay balances.
• Review patient benefits verification forms and admission agreements to determine patient financial responsibilities.
• Process payments and set up payment arrangements within established parameters.
• Identify accounts for write-offs and/or further options to collect.
• Educate patients about costs and available financial assistance.
• Maintain clear financial communication with patients and franchisees.
• Monitor accounts daily and escalate issues to leadership.
• Ensure accuracy in statements with Collect Plus and related teams.
• Assist enrollment in patient assistance programs.
