Qualifications

• Experience in self-pay collections, preferably in infusion or medical settings.
• Strong communication skills and HIPAA compliance are essential.

Responsabilités

• Research accounts to determine correct self-pay balances.
• Review benefits verification to determine patient financial responsibilities.
• Process payments and set up payment arrangements within parameters.
• Identify write-off opportunities and collectable options with leadership input.
• Educate patients about out-of-pocket expenses and financial options.
• Maintain confidential and compliant records per policies.
