Vital Care Infusion Services is seeking a Remote Billing Specialist to work on behalf of franchise partners. You will collect outstanding patient accounts receivable, communicate clearly with patients and franchisees, and explore payment plans and assistance options to maximize recovery of funds.

Responsibilities include reviewing statements, verifying benefits, obtaining necessary information, and escalating problematic accounts to leadership when needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience with self-pay collections in infusion or medical setting preferred.
• Excellent English communication and HIPAA compliance required.

Responsibilities

• Search accounts to determine correct self-pay balances.
• Review benefits verification forms to determine patient responsibilities.
• Coordinate with locations to gather patient information and identifiers.
• Review monthly statement reports to set follow-up priorities.
• Process payments and set up payment arrangements within policy.
