Vital Care Infusion Services seeks a remote Home Infusion Billing Specialist to focus on collecting on claims, improving revenue cycle performance, and reducing denials and DSO. You will work with insurers and patients to optimize collections while upholding compliant processes.

Experience in home infusion billing, strong communication, and attention to detail are essential as you support franchise operations nationwide from a remote setting.

Qualificações

• 2-5 years home infusion billing and/or collections experience required.
• High School Diploma and specialized training in intake, pharmacy/medical billing, and/or collections.

Responsabilidades

• Review claims with outstanding balances and identify actions to collect revenues.
• Review EOBs/RAs and denials, correct and complete submissions for timely collections.
• Analyze denials to identify trends and improve DSO and collection rates.
• Identify payor requirements for appeals and submit per policy and payor rules.
• Communicate status with partners and other departments to resolve issues.
