Job summary

Vital Care Infusion Services seeks a remote Home Infusion Billing/Collections Specialist to optimize revenue by reviewing claims with balances and pursuing timely collections. You will collaborate with insurers and franchise partners to reduce denials and improve cash flow, while following established processes.

Requirements include 2-5 years in home infusion billing, a high school diploma, and comfort working remotely.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years home infusion billing and/or collections experience required.
• High School Diploma and additional specialized training in intake, pharmacy/medical billing, and/or collections.
• Previous remote work environment is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Review claims with outstanding balances and identify actions to collect revenues.
• Follow up with insurers and patients to collect outstanding balances.
• Analyze denials, identify trends, and recommend process improvements.
