Vital Care Infusion Services seeks a detail-oriented patient accounts specialist to collect outstanding balances for franchise partners. You will work with patients, franchisees, and leadership to maximize recovery while ensuring clear, compliant communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Self-pay collections experience in infusion or medical setting.
• Ability to resolve financial issues with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication in English with patients, caregivers and payers.
• Proven use of MS Office and pharmacy applications.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.

Responsabilités

• Research accounts to determine correct self-pay balances.
• Review benefits verification forms and admission agreements to determine patient responsibilities.
• Work with locations to obtain additional information and identifiers.
• Review monthly statement reports to identify follow-up priorities.
• Process patient payments and set up payment arrangements.
• Escalate problem accounts to leadership for review.
