Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous self-pay collections experience preferred in infusion or medical setting.
• Ability to communicate clearly with patients, franchisees, and payers.

Responsibilities

• Research accounts to determine correct self-pay balances.
• Review benefits verification and admission agreements to assess patient responsibilities.
• Coordinate with locations to obtain patient contact details and identifiers.
• Review monthly patient statement reports to set follow-up priorities.
• Process payments and set up payment arrangements within established parameters.
• Identify accounts for write-offs or further collection actions.
• Support enrollment in patient assistance programs and foundation resources.
• Communicate financial information clearly to patients and team members.
• Escalate problematic accounts to leadership for resolution.
