Job summary

Spear Physical and Occupational Therapy is seeking a remote Customer Service Representative. Training is in person in Manhattan for two weeks, after which the role becomes remote. You will handle scheduling, inbound/outbound calls, and online requests with a focus on patient access to care.

Applicants must reside in the Tri-State Area (NY, NJ, CT) and be able to travel to NYC for initial training. Excellent communication and organization are essential to succeed in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Relevant customer service experience helpful.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Experience with multi-line phone system helpful.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between patients and therapists to facilitate scheduling and accessibility to care.
• Handle appointment scheduling, data entry, and phone/online requests with accuracy and responsiveness.
• Maintain patient trackers and update schedulers, while following templates and guidelines.
