Job summary

Spear Physical and Occupational Therapy is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative. Training is in person in Manhattan for two weeks, after which the role becomes remote. You will handle scheduling, online requests, and patient communication, acting as a liaison between patients and therapists.

The position requires working Monday through Friday with rotating shifts from 7am to 8pm. A tri-state area residence (NY, NJ, CT) and home internet speed of 300 Mbps or better are essential; NYC

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Relevant customer service experience helpful.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Experience with multi-line phone system helpful.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between patients and therapists with a focus on customer service.
• Facilitate patient visits and schedule appointments for therapists.
• Handle all aspects of appointment scheduling, including data entry and calls.
• Provide excellent communication and maintain confidentiality.
