• Serve as a liaison between patients and therapist with a focus on customer service and providing accessibility to care.
• Handle all appointment scheduling including data entry and calls.
• Answer online appointment requests and contact requests within time targets.
• Make outbound calls to follow up and manage requests.
• Schedule, reschedule, cancel appointments and update provider schedules.
