Spear Physical and Occupational Therapy is hiring a Customer Service Representative to support scheduling, online requests, and patient inquiries. The role starts with in-person training in Manhattan for two weeks, then transitions to a remote position within the tri-state area.

You will work five rotating shifts (7am-4pm, 8am-5pm, 9am-6pm, 10am-7pm, 11am-8pm) and must have a quiet home workspace with a fast internet connection.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Experience with multi-line phone systems is helpful.
• Remote work setup with a quiet space at home.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between patients and therapists, focusing on scheduling and accessibility to care.
• Handle all appointment scheduling tasks and data entry with accuracy.
• Answer incoming calls and online requests promptly to ensure access to care.
• Maintain professional, empathetic communication with patients and team members.
