Job summary

Spear Physical and Occupational Therapy is seeking a remote Customer Service Representative. Training is in person in Manhattan for three weeks; afterward, the position is remote. The role requires handling scheduling, online requests, and phone calls to ensure patients access care across clinics.

Must reside in the tri-state area (NY, NJ, CT); shifts are rotating 7am–4pm to 11am–8pm, all shifts required. Home internet must be fast and a quiet workspace available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Relevant customer service experience helpful.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between patients and therapists with a focus on customer service and providing accessibility to care.
• Facilitate patient visits and appointment scheduling for therapists.
• Handle all aspects of appointment scheduling, including accurate data entry, answering incoming phone calls, handling online appointment requests and contact requests.
