Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service experience; healthcare or call-center preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication with empathy in high-volume chats and calls.
• Ability to document detailed patient and customer information accurately while multitasking.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Support patients, providers, and healthcare partners via high-volume phone and live-chat.
• Coordinate prescription orders from initiation to completion and document notes in real time.
• Resolve issues in collaboration with pharmacists and pharmacy technicians.
• Meet daily targets for calls, chats, and order transactions while maintaining satisfaction and quality.
• Document 100–120 patient/provider demographic records per day.
