7Seventy is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support patients via a virtual care platform, delivering a professional and positive service experience. You will handle inbound patient questions, maintain account information, assist with scheduling, and coordinate with the medical team.

The role emphasizes remote work with a focus on patient confidentiality, strong customer service, and the ability to guide other representatives.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of related professional experience in call center, patient coordination, or similar environments.
• At least 2 years of remote work experience.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally.
• Strong customer service skills and a professional approach to patient interactions.
• Experience with Google Suite is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients with a professional, courteous and supportive approach in the virtual care platform.
• Answer incoming patient calls in a courteous and professional manner.
• Respond to patient questions and concerns and provide appropriate solutions when possible.
• Maintain accurate patient accounts and information.
• Coordinate with the medical team to assist with patient scheduling.
• Serve as a liaison between patients and the patient care team.
• Provide leadership and guidance to other Customer Service Representatives.
