Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator I to support Enteral Nutrition patients remotely on Saturdays and Sundays. You will handle refills, verify documentation, and maintain records while collaborating with caregivers, healthcare providers, and internal teams.

The role emphasizes compassionate, accurate service, with 16.5 weekly hours and potential PRN coverage. Prior customer service and MS Office experience are preferred, in a flexible remote work setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of customer service experience.
• Minimum of one year of experience using Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining productivity and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, caregivers, referral sources, and branch locations regarding nutrition therapy orders and account inquiries.
• Process monthly patient refill requests received through digital channels and inbound phone calls.
• Review and verify patient demographics, insurance information, and order documentation to ensure accurate and timely shipment of supplies.
• Update electronic patient records and maintain accurate account information.
• Answer incoming calls, provide order status updates, and route inquiries to appropriate departments.
