Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Patient Care Representative to support the Enteral Nutrition Center from home in the United States. You will handle monthly refill requests, verify patient info, and help move patients onto services, keeping EMRs accurate.

The role focuses on customer service, order processing, and triaging calls, with hours 4:00pm–8:00pm CST Monday–Friday. Benefits and bonus potential are included in this part-time position.

Qualifications

• At least one year in a customer service role.
• Experience with data entry.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel/Outlook/Word).

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from patients, caregivers, branches and patient referral sources regarding nutrition therapy order status.
• Process prescription changes and monthly refill requests.
• Verify patient demographics and insurance information to ensure accurate shipment.
• Triaging calls to various departments.
