Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Patient Care Rep for our Enteral Nutrition Center. This remote role supports processing monthly patient refill requests and updating electronic medical records. You will contact patients and caregivers, verify eligibility, and help bring patients on services with the company.

Typical hours are Monday–Friday, 4:00–8:00pm CST, with a compensation range of $17.00–$25.65 per hour and eligibility for CVS Health benefits and bonus programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of customer service experience.
• Experience with data entry.
• Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel/Outlook/Word).

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from patients, caregivers, branches and referral sources regarding nutrition therapy order status.
• Process prescription changes.
• Verify patient demographics and insurance information to ensure accurate shipment.
