Job summary

CVS Health, Coram CVS/specialty infusion services, is seeking a Customer Service Specialist - Refill Team for a remote, full-time role in the United States. You will process monthly patient refill requests, verify demographics and insurance, and update EMR while supporting the Enteral Nutrition Center.

Typical hours are Monday through Friday, with a 40-hour workweek. Starting pay is $17.00 per hour, with a range up to $25.65; eligible for CVS Health bonus programs and comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Minimum one year experience working in a customer service environment.
• Experience with data entry.
• Experience working in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Outlook and Word.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from patients, caregivers, branches and patient referral sources regarding nutrition therapy order status.
• Triaging calls to various departments.
• Verifying patient demographics and insurance information to ensure accurate shipment.
