Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred or equivalent experience.
• Bi-lingual (Spanish and English) a plus.
• Experience in customer service or healthcare preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Own patient cases from initiation to closure.
• Perform benefit investigations and prior authorizations.
• Assist patients with coverage options and program requirements.
• Respond to patient and provider inquiries.
• Document activities in the Lynk system.
• Coordinate with nurses and care teams.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and data privacy standards.
