Job summary

Community Care Physicians is seeking a Customer Service Representative for its Central Billing Office. This is a remote position with on-site training, working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Responsibilities include handling patient calls, researching questions about accounts, and assisting with billing issues. The role requires clear communication, handling multiple tasks, and delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and problem solving.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior call center experience preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and medical insurance plans.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proficient with computer programs and applications.

Responsibilities

• Answer and research incoming phone calls from patients and answer questions, inquiries, and concerns regarding their accounts.
• Assume responsibility for initial patient contact and follow-up.
• Work with AR Specialist on patient billing and credit issues.
• Ensure positive experience for patient on behalf of CCP.
• Identify and correct patient account inaccuracies.
• Post credit card payments to the patients account.
