Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED with healthcare financial services exposure.
• Experience in patient accounts, registration, scheduling, or claims processing preferred.
• Knowledge of third-party billing and payer contracts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process patient accounts from initial bill submission to final third-party payment resolution.
• Resolve denied claims and respond to insurance correspondence timely.
• Upload applications and complete electronic verifications as part of patient registration.
• Enter and verify patient data accurately in registration systems with HIPAA compliance.
