Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Medicare/third‑party billing and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Process patient accounts from scheduling to pre-bill editing and financial resolution.
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits; handle pre-certifications and financial education.
• Schedule, register and coordinate appointments; document data accurately and timely.
• Identify and communicate issues to management; ensure adherence to policies and regulations.
• Maintain confidentiality and protect patient rights in all communications.
