Responsibilities

• Assess patient eligibility for State and Federal programs.
• Identify patients' needs and guide them through the application process for relevant agencies.
• Initiate applications when feasible.
• Advise patients on suitable assistance programs.
• Provide instructions to access program benefits.
• Inform patients of deadlines and ensure timely action.
• Gather information during initial contact for documentation in CUBS.
• Maintain confidentiality of account information at all times.
• Follow SOPs and comply with regulatory requirements.
• Achieve daily productivity goals and client-driven metrics.
• Coordinate with government agencies as needed.
• Follow up on accounts until benefits are secured or approvals obtained.
