Concero is seeking a dedicated Inbound/Outbound Call Center Representative to join our Patient Services team. You will make 200+ calls daily to existing patients to schedule doctor appointments and navigate multiple systems to answer insurance and account questions.

The role emphasizes compassionate communication, data accuracy, and adherence to privacy rules. You will update records in scheduling and CRM systems, aim to set 150+ appointments per month, and contribute to process improvements

Qualifications

• Previous call center or customer service experience preferred.
• Healthcare or insurance setting experience a plus.
• Willingness to work in a remote setting.
• Able to meet high-volume call targets.

Responsabilités

• Inbound and outbound calling to schedule doctor appointments.
• Book and confirm appointments based on availability.
• Answer patient questions with courteous, professional service.
