Circle-the-Cit seeks a Patient Accounts Supervisor to lead remote billing teams ensuring accurate claims and compliant coding for FQHC services. You’ll oversee daily operations, coach staff, and drive KPIs across AR, denials, and timelines.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in medical billing or revenue cycle, plus supervisory experience and strong analytical skills. Collaboration with multiple departments is essential to maintain cash flow and operational stability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in healthcare.
• 3–5 years in medical billing, revenue cycle, or healthcare finance.
• Experience in FQHC billing preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily patient account billing operations (charges, claim submissions, payment posting, AR).
• Provide hands-on leadership to a remote billing team, coaching and accountability.
• Monitor metrics: days in AR, denial rates, encounter closure timelines.
• Collaborate with front office, clinical, and administrative staff for accurate documentation and coding for FQHC services.
• Assist with payer audits, credentialing updates, and compliance with Medicare/Medicaid and commercial payers.
• Identify trends, streamline workflows, and improve cash flow and efficiency.
