• Review and resolve outstanding invoices in work queues according to policies and productivity standards.
• Respond to inquiries via correspondence, email, and telephone within three business days.
• Document all actions taken in a clear, concise, and accurate manner.
• Maintain required competencies and perform duties aligned with responsibilities and workflow expectations.
