• Research, validate and adjust payment postings to resolve accounts.
• Interpret payer contracts to ensure codes match agreements.
• Initiate payer recoupments, refunds, and patient refunds when applicable.
• Navigate payer claim portals and communicate effectively in writing and speech.
• Train new and existing associates.
