Responsibilities

• Identifies payment details and saves relevant data.
• Researches and validates payment postings to resolve issues.
• Interacts with payers and patients to resolve accounts.
• Initiates recoupments and refunds per policy.
• Navigate multiple payer portals and systems.
• Train new or existing associates on processes.
