Job summary

Accendra Health is seeking a Branch Coordinator to support patients and caregivers by phone and in person, delivering outstanding customer service while ensuring orders are received and processed accurately. You will work with patients, providers, and the branch team to facilitate timely care and authorization workflows.

You will verify insurance details, collect payments, reconcile receivables, and document information for billing across multiple systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least one-year related work experience.
• Experience with patient communications is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first contact to patients arriving in person.
• Answer inbound calls on a multi-line phone system and assist patients.
• Process orders, verify insurance, and obtain authorization.
• Coordinate with referrals to gather documentation for billing.
• Collect payments and reconcile daily receivables.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
