Job summary

BCA Financial Services, Inc. is seeking a remote Call Center Specialist to help patients understand their accounts and find workable solutions. You will handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, document interactions, and assist patients with payment options including plans and full balances.

This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, a base of $17/hour, and monthly bonus opportunities, with company-provided equipment and a supportive remote work environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a call center, customer service, billing, or collections.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build trust and work through sensitive conversations.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology (preferred).
• A reliable, detail-oriented work style.

Responsibilities

• Talk with patients to help them understand their accounts and find solutions.
• Offer payment options such as full balance payment, payment plans, and/or financial assistance where applicable.
• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
• Accurately document interactions in our systems.
• Meet performance goals (with support and coaching along the way).
