Job summary

BCA Financial Services is seeking a remote-eligible call center professional to help patients understand their accounts with empathy and clarity. The role is Monday–Friday, offers $17/hour plus monthly bonus opportunities, and provides company equipment and benefits.

You will handle high volumes of inbound/outbound calls, document interactions, and guide patients toward payment options such as full balance, payment plans, or financial assistance while maintaining care and compliance.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a call center, customer service, billing, or collections.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build trust and work through sensitive conversations.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology (preferred).
• A reliable, detail-oriented work style.

Responsibilities

• Talk with patients to help them understand their accounts and find solutions.
• Offer payment options such as full balance payment, payment plans, and/or financial assistance where applicable.
• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
• Accurately document interactions in our systems.
• Meet performance goals (with support and coaching along the way).
