Job summary

BCA Financial Services, Inc. is seeking a motivated representative to help patients resolve their accounts with empathy and professionalism while working from home.

You will discuss account details, offer payment options, document interactions, and strive to meet performance goals with support and coaching.

This full-time remote role requires residency in Florida, a quiet workspace, and reliable high-speed internet; a Monday–Friday schedule is provided.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a call center, customer service, billing, or collections.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build trust and handle sensitive conversations.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
• Reliable, detail-oriented work style.

Responsibilities

• Talk with patients to help them understand their accounts and find solutions.
• Offer payment options such as full balance payment, payment plans, and/or financial assistance where applicable.
• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
• Accurately document interactions in our systems.
• Meet performance goals (with support and coaching along the way).
