Job summary

BCA Financial Services, Inc. is hiring for a remote, full-time role with a Monday–Friday schedule. You’ll help patients resolve their accounts with empathy and professionalism, handling inquiries and documenting interactions.

This position offers $17/hour plus monthly bonus opportunities, company-provided equipment, and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) with company match. Residence in eligible states, including Florida, is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a call center, customer service, billing, or collections
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to build trust and work through sensitive conversations
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology (preferred)
• A reliable, detail-oriented work style

Responsibilities

• Talk with patients to help them understand their accounts and find solutions
• Offer payment options such as full balance payment, payment plans, and/or financial assistance where applicable
• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
• Accurately document interactions in our systems
• Meet performance goals (with support and coaching along the way)
