Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve customers by accurately billing accounts and ensuring timely remittance.
• Follow up with payers to facilitate uninterrupted cash flow.
• Document activities in ERP system accurately and timely.
• Edit and resubmit claims for payment when needed.
• Prepare and review clean claims for submission to insurers.
• Provide feedback to the team lead on account issues.
• Handle routine tasks within defined guidelines.
