Job summary

Accendra Health in the United States (Washington remote) is seeking an Individual Contributor to deliver outstanding patient-focused service and product information. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years in healthcare/health insurance preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Review patient accounts to obtain documentation for billing.
• Research and secure information to maintain insurance coverage.
• Coordinate with field leadership, referrals, and patients to resolve accounts.
