Accendra Health, Inc. is hiring a Remote Collector, Associate to service customer accounts and ensure timely remittance. This role is based in the United States and focuses on accurate billing and payer follow-up to maintain cash flow.

You will handle phone and email inquiries, resolve billing questions, and work with payers to secure payments. Strong communication and ERP skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills for phone and email
• Ability to read, understand and follow written instructions
• Experience with billing and accounts receivable workflows
• Familiar with medical terminology and HCPC/ICD-9 codes
• Knowledge of ERP systems and basic Office tools

Responsibilities

• Service customer needs by accurately billing accounts and ensuring timely remittance
• Follow-up with payers to facilitate uninterrupted cash flow
• Edit and resubmit claims for payment
• Prepare and review clean claims for submission to insurances
• Provide feedback to Group Team Lead on account issues
• Document activities in ERP accurately and timely
