Job summary

Seattle Children's is seeking a remote Patient Access Staffing Coordinator based in Washington to forecast demand, optimize schedules, and monitor real-time performance within the Patient Access Center. You will partner with leadership to enable data-driven decisions and maintain service levels in a high-volume environment.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and/or 3+ years in workforce management in a multi-site contact center, or can be a current PAC member with 1+ years in workforce

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or 3+ years of experience in workforce management within a high-volume, multi-skilled, multi-site contact center environment.
• OR current Patient Access Center team member with 1+ years of experience and demonstrated capability in workforce functions.

Responsibilities

• Forecast demand and optimize schedules within the Patient Access Center.
• Provide real-time support and analysis to maintain service levels.
• Support data-driven decisions to reduce risk and improve performance.
