Job summary

Seattle Children’s is hiring a remote Patient Access Staffing Coordinator for Washington state. You will forecast demand, optimize schedules, and monitor real-time performance to safeguard service levels in a high-volume PAC.

This role partners with operations and leadership to provide insights and drive data‑driven decisions. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years in workforce management, or be a current PAC member with 1+ years’ experience in workforce functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or 3+ years of experience in workforce management within a high-volume, multi-skilled, multi-site contact center environment.
• Or current Patient Access Center team member with 1+ years of experience and demonstrated capability in workforce functions.

Responsibilities

• Forecast demand and optimize schedules for the Patient Access Center.
• Monitor real-time performance and respond to operational disruptions.
• Support data-driven decision making with trends analysis and insights.
• Partner with operations and leadership to improve service levels and staffing efficiency.
