Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Registers patients and performs registration-related functions, collecting consent and financial paperwork as required.
• Assists patients by answering calls and inquiries with a customer-service focus; follows up as needed.
• Resolve non-clinical questions within scope while maintaining excellent service.
• Perform documentation audits for medical necessity, care plans, and payor requirements using EMR systems.
• Schedule procedures when applicable and provide pre- and post-exam guidance to patients; manage reminders and recall letters.
