Responsabilités

• Answer inbound calls in a fast-paced environment.
• Triages calls, creates patient records, and routes messages or schedules as needed.
• Escalates calls to Supervisor or other departments as necessary.
• Maintains productivity to meet call-time and quality targets.
• Adheres to policies, procedures, and scripting to ensure service standards.
