Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answers, screens and directs incoming/outgoing calls, messages, and other contacts using the management system.
• Maintains HIPAA-compliant handling of messages and scheduling functions.
• May schedule, reschedule, or confirm appointments as needed.
• May page physicians and perform follow-up checks as assigned.
• Provides courteous, professional service and supports the Patient Access Center team.
