Job summary

Keck Medicine of USC is seeking a Patient Access Liaison II to serve as the primary contact for access to USC academic medical centers. Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years of experience in call center, customer service and/or healthcare environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming and outgoing calls and messages using the call management system.
• Schedule and confirm initial and follow-up medical appointments.
• Verify insurance coverage and inform patients of estimated financial responsibility.
• Perform data entry and maintain data integrity; reconcile as needed.
• Coordinate care with patient coordinators, nurses and physicians to secure appointments.

Education
