Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling and registrations for patients using multiple software applications.
• Triage calls and provide information to prepare for appointments per protocol.
• Enter accurate data and maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA.
• Communicate clearly with patients, doctors, and staff to support service goals.
• Assist with insurance verification and financial clearance when needed.
• Support front desk and service workflows to ensure timely appointments.
