Job summary

Pfizer seeks a seasoned Inflammation and Immunology dedicated case coordinator to own end-to-end patient access journeys, including SOB discussions, BI/BV with payers, and coordination of PA/appeals. The role combines patient and HCP-facing responsibilities in a remote, field-based setting.

You will manage high-volume cases, work with HUB partners, and ensure compliant, timely access to PDPA and VFM products across patient journeys.

Qualifications

• B.S. or B.A. Degree with 8+ years of pharma or related experience in customer-facing roles/functions.
• 6 months minimum as FRM, PAC, FAS or similar in access/reimbursement and Polaris experience.
• Ability to communicate directly with patients, providers, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own 100% of assigned cases and drive the patient journey from HUB enrollment through post-fill follow-up.
• Conduct SOB discussions for HUB-enrolled patients and review cost structures.
• Lead BI/BV calls with payers and patients for those with third-party restrictions.
• Manage prior authorization processes and PA/appeal requirements.
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments with providers and vendors.
• Oversee copay administration, voucher eligibility, and interim care program steps.
• Triage vouchers and paid prescriptions within Polaris and follow up post-prescription.
