Job summary

Pfizer is seeking an experienced Dedicated Case Coordinator to manage patient access journeys remotely in the United States. You will own the end-to-end process from HUB enrollment through post-fill follow-up, coordinating with patients, providers, payers, and HUB partners.

You will conduct SOB discussions, benefit investigations, prior authorizations, and appeals, while overseeing copay programs and interim care steps. Strong communication and payer knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with patients, providers and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with payer conversations and reimbursement workflows.
• Ability to manage high volume cases with strong documentation.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end case management from enrollment to post-fill follow-up.
• Conduct benefit investigations, prior authorizations, and appeals coordination.
• Coordinate appointments, testing and documentation with providers and payers.
• Manage copay programs, vouchers and Interim Care activities.
• Document case progress and share updates with HUB partners.
